In love with San Tereza

What can I say, I'm in love with this building - for the first time in my life, I'm renting from grown ups! Yes, that was made to make you laugh. In all honesty, San Tereza is run by courteous, professional staff that know how to run buildings.

The good and the bad

Lived here for quite a while so experienced both the good and bad. Trying to give an objective review because a lot of my friends and coworkers have asked about this place. Pros - amazing location, exceptional amenities Cons - terrible parking situation, high rent

Amazing location in Downtown SB

I love this place and all the staff that work here. The leasing team was incredible - they went out of their way for me multiple times and made me feel so comfortable.The building is beautiful and in a fantastic location....and I have yet to hear the "unbearable" construction noise that others complain about.

Great Apartment Complex

I have been here for almost a year. Everyone is helpful and respectful for your time. The rent is high, which is understandable given its location. The service from either the management team or the maintenance team is great. They get their work done in a timely fashion. It is a great place to live at if you like to have friendly staff around.
